AACC stands for Action Against Childhood Cancers Association. We are a nonprofit organization founded in 2023, dedicated to improving the lives of children with cancer in Cameroon through innovative treatment solutions, research, advocacy, and comprehensive family support.
We provide a range of services, including family orientation and counseling, psychosocial support, financial assistance for treatment, and guidance on accessing available resources. Our goal is to ensure that families feel supported throughout their journey and that no child faces cancer alone.
There are many ways to support our mission! You can volunteer, donate, or partner with us to help improve childhood cancer care. Visit our website or contact our head office to learn more about how you can contribute.
Our research focuses on understanding the challenges of childhood cancer care in Cameroon. By collecting data through our upcoming app deployment in 2025, we aim to improve treatment access, inform policies, and develop innovative approaches to enhance care outcomes for children with cancer.
